What was the compatiblity level of the databases before you deattached them and did you do the usual dbcc checks on the attached databases after you attached them.

I would also check to see if you have any long running jobs, or anything that has changed recently.

I can only suggest that you go throught all the window logs for that time period and check that any jobs and all backups have been verified as succesfully completed....
