Quick answer - everywhere where there are commands affecting XX_DATABASE_XX copy and paste them as many times...

I did not want to write yet another article about TDE that tells you lots of complicated theory and background but then does not actually tell you how to use...

By chance my site only has one database that uses TDE with no other application databases on the same instance. Definitly try any change in DEV or TEST before PROD....

It already explains in the article that dbadata database needs to exist in advance. Alternatively you can globally replace dbadata with another "dba database" you already have on the server.

You may need some additional permissions/config if your server does not already have them:
exec sp_configure ‘show advanced options’, 1
exec sp_configure ‘Agent XPs’, 1
