Does it reduce peroformance?

yes this is Production database.
I tried Shrinking database, but not successfull.

Try this
EXEC xp_cmdshell 'net use v: \\ServerName\foldername'
Here we are assigning V as drive letter to the path \\ServerName\foldername'

In SQL Server 2000
Analysis Service is in seperate folder.It got seperate exec file in SQL SERVER 2000 Media.

I am not using any proxy account.
Manually ran it in BIDS with my credentials and trying to set up the same package in JOB
