Try this

EXEC xp_cmdshell 'net use v: \\ServerName\foldername'

Here we are assigning V as drive letter to the path \\ServerName\foldername'

In SQL Server 2000

Analysis Service is in seperate folder.It got seperate exec file in SQL SERVER 2000 Media.

SQL Server everything looks good.

This issue is not related to SQL Server

Finally IISreset resolved my issue
