Got the answer and solution for this myself. I had to change some codes in the XML file in the web config file in Report server.

I have found the solution to this problem. What I did was just to copy C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\framedyn.dll to C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Shared\. But this solved only the configure Report server part....
