I am using Enterprise edition with sp3.
Did you installed SP3 recently? check the log file of sp3 installation as may be due to some failure in sp3.

account name: your SQL server instance name
PORT: let it be the default
smtp: your smtp server name (smoething like smtp.gmail.com)
