Your thought does make sense. But as far as I know, all email profiles can only attach a file written on hard disk.
Surely, you can assign data in buffer...

Only SQL Developer version has max limit on concurrent users(5 or 10?). Check Microsoft website to confirm please.

You have two errors.
1. Data type conversion. You need to check your data and see whether or not they are convertible.
2. Try to avoid other users accessing your unc path.

In my memory, some of T-Scripts cannot be used in 4-name structure. Try other way to insert your data.

Did you check whether or not the non-admin account has permission to do whatever in your DTS packages, such read/write on a folder?

In principle, you can. You just need to install your database on the nodes. But they will affect each other since they are on the same cluster.
