There wont be any issues. Just use MOVE command on your restore script for an alternate location for db files.

Server 2012 R2.
In our scenario, SQL is clustered(2 node) and we don't want windows cluster to be down even if the replica server- 3rd node (reporting) goes down.

I've formatted all drives with 64k (data drive/log drive/system db drive/ tempdb drive/ sql installation drive)
Also the stripe size is 128K set at RAID controller level.
