I would presume that the Applications have the wrong password for SA. Passwords for SQL Logons are not stored in the application/user databases.

FYI, this is really NOT recommended for literals in the procs and triggers...

The problem is coming from the UPDATE CASCADE, not the DELETE settings. I recommend that you get rid of it.

I am not normally in favor of the CASCADE features...

What do you need to know about them?

Also, why do you need this? I believe that all of these Queues are for internal use only.
