Here's another way to go:
--Test:
Select
Replace( Replace(ColumnName, '_5X7', '5X7'), '5X7', '_5X7')
From YourTable
Where ColumnName like '5X7'
--change:
Update YourTable
Set ColumnName
= Replace( Replace(ColumnName, '_5X7', '5X7'), '5X7', '_5X7')
...
