Here's script that I use to create test tables of any size:

The time will vary hugely depending on your configuration and the average data length of your rows, but I would figure on a couple of hours at a minimum. ...

AFAIK, changing the schema name of an object cannot be done: you would have to DROP the object and then recreate it with the new schema name.
