I thought that I already explained this. You don't get any SQL Errors because you don't have any SQL errors, you have errors in your BCP command line....

OK, this modification of msreddyn's code should work on SQL 2000. Note that you will have to fill in some column names here:

I couldn't really read this question, It was all just IFCodes.

How are they seeing Databases that they do not have any access too? Have you given their Logins some additional privilege (like VIEW ANY DATABASE)?

You can make it look a little bit better with CTE's:
