No sir, our ERP is Epicor. They originally used Progress but are phasing it out now.
what version of Epicor?
as a sidebar.....are you 100% sure that your ERP support licence...

Really sorry about these issues - we're well aware of them, and working with the hosting company on them.
Basically, we're seeing intermittent packet loss between the SQL boxes...

in addition to what Alvin has already said....your TSQL code IS different to the Excel function....(ignoring the &_ line continuation)

Anyone see why there's a syntax error on 'pm' from the function?
no idea really....but have you tried replacing your "pm" alias with actual table names?
