DBMonitor is just the name of our administrative database, it does not belong to a third party tool. You can put the SP in any databasse (master, msdb, etc)

Does SQL not provide for this within the Maint process?
I don't use maintanence plans, but last I remember (SQL 2000) they had the ability to remove files older...
