I really don't see what this argument has to do with freedom. The government builds your roads, your railways, maintains your public parks....

It might be an issue with having previously been denied permissions.

Explicit grants will fix that.

Alternatively, drop and re-create the login with the permissions you need it to have.

Well, that is a much better argument then the freedom one. I'm very glad to live in a country...

I think it's the TimeTo field that determines which is the last for the day, but I'm not sure what "30" means as a value in that column.

I'd have to see the whole proc to give more specific advice than I already have.

A pause in it will only widen the window for error.
