    If it is being run by a job the job account should have access to that folder. Could very well be a permissions issue. I would verify that the account...

    Expand the publications then right click on the subscriptions and select "View Synchronization Status". You can also use Replication Monitor (right click on riplication > select "Launch Replication Monitor").

    Ok, I finally bit the bullet and removed the pre-release version and installed the RTM version of Developer and, I was able to get a recommendation. Again, not a good...
