Is everything between the package configurations named exactly the same? Do both packages expect their config files to be in the same path?

Using standard configuration the Execution Log does not keep more than 60(?) days of information, so the posted queries are potentially mis-reporting. You need to keep an historical record...

There is a setting in advanced group properties that is something like KeepWith and I think you can choose Before or After

I think the only to do this in 2005 is with different textboxes, which complicates a number of things.

Unfortunatly your report has to have some default parameters built in if it uses any parameters. Other than that it is just a couple mouse clicks on the page...
