Do we also require to stop Log reader agent, Snapshot Agent and Distribution Agents for any database from where we are removing publication ?

My apologies, I misunderstood your original question.According to BOL, propagation from B to A is rarely possible...
Here i am talking about Peer to peer replication 🙂

NO... we have different account setting on both servers.
Additionally , i have UAC enabled with second stop option (from top)

i would say , if dedicated Sql team is not possible then you can ask for some sql skilled resources who can assist the developers in
complex sql writing

If the changes are at schema level then those can be traced with the help of DDL trigger. but neither Gail nor GSquared mentioned it.
