no all of them are not in  sql server some are access and some in oracle also

To be more clear

 i just want to know how to use these tools i.e querymam or TOAD in creating queries . 

i have to use various databases in the company through standard SQL tools such as queryman or TOAD.In other words iam creating SQL queries against multiple databases.

I did check book online but i cant find them.do you know how can i find stuff to actually use them
