Not just his articles. I just checked a bunch of the .NET articles, and some other SQL Server stuff. It's all plagiarized. The entire site is a sham.

Whether or not Dispose is called on SqlChars/SqlBytes seems like an implementation detail; what are you doing where you're even noticing this?
