What is strongest encryption algorithms in SQL Server 2012

    my production database i need to add encryption algorithms can any one suggest which is strongest algorithams

    For what?

    And do you need symmetric encryption or asymmetric?

    for production which is preferable

    Of the built in, AES is the strongest, what exactly are your requirements.
