Believing you can is certainly one of the big parts of the battle. Your story of stair climbing is inspiring. I climbed Eiffel tower two stories with a teenager and it was not easy. If I had known ahead of time that there would be no elevator service sometimes there, I would have practiced stairclimbing before visiting France.:)
