unable to connect to SSRS reporting dashboard from remote pc

    Hi ,

    i have an SqlServer 2019 server instance on which i have installed Ssrs services.

    I'm unable to connect via a remote pc and so i cannot see reports dashboard on my browser,obiovusly i can reach that locally.

    I have read a tons of forums in which i have found several possible solutions but nothing seems to help me.

    Here is the steps i have done in order to accomplish my objective!

    1. i have set in SSRS setup WEB service URL http://<my public servername>/Reports , <my public server name> is a server name obtained via a NoIP service. It works fine because i do a ping from a remote pc and it works correctly and plus i have several applications who connect to that server via remote
    2. i have created an inbound rule for the 80 port
    3. i have set the SSRS service account as Network Service
    4. i have enabled SqlServerBrowser service ,setting the start option as "Automatic"

    So, i'm little bit frustrating!!!!!!

    i have solved!!!! i have 80 port shared with another services .... so i changed the port setting the 8085 port and now it's work fine!
