So in my hypothetical scenario, is my only option to find data changes to load the file and compare it to the previous day's table using the ID for all 3 million records?
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
