The heading of the matrix shrinks when I export ssrs report to excel

    In SSRS report, I have following formula in the heading of a matrix.

    =YEAR(Parameters!End_Date.Value) &  " Campaign" & Chr(10)
    & "(Jan to Dec " & YEAR(Parameters!End_Date.Value) & ")"

    When I run the report the heading displays perfectly fine in two lines.
    2018 Campaign
    (Jan to Dec 2018)
    However, when I export it to excel, it shrinks and only shows the first line of the formua i.e "2018 Campaign".

    I tried increasing the height of the heading, but no matter what I do I get only one line and the heading shrink back while exporting to excel.

    Again when I run it the output looks fine, it's only when I export to excel I see only one line of the formula in my heading. How can I fix that issue. Thanks!

    I found the solution, I inserted a blank row and merged the cells. This is displaying the correct output.
