After 28, wouldn't you run out of pranks and candy?
Actually I was looking for an answer of "Between 8 and 28" because you might just get 8 randoms in a row that cause you to use up all your pranks.

Amazing how the math skills deteriorate with age. I should have used a pencil and paper to do the multiplication instead of relying on my head. Good thing I have a calculator to help me limp along. 🙂
