    This is great. Looking forward to finishing this series. I've been working my way through a book recently where the writing style lacks both the precision and brevity of this article, so I'm finding this very refreshing. Thank you!

    Are their any equivalent setup files on Codeplex for SQL Server 2012 or even 2014 now?
