SSIS Deployment on user machines without SQL Server

    Can SSIS Packages be installed on user machines without installing

    SQL server on their machines like you can do with windows applications?

    I want to create the packages and somehow give them some kind of executable?

    No.

    To run an SSIS package, you have to be executing the package on an SSIS Server.
