I am charged with establishing a range of policies and procedures for my client and was hoping for some wisdom here. I would like to look at any templates, documents, etc. you would care to share on policies and procedures you have implemented. Here are a few of the areas I am in need of:
1) Backup/Restore
2) New database server requests. Minimum hardware requirements, versions, etc)
3) Security
4) Programming best practices
5) Object promotions from dev to qa to production
I am also open to any areas not mentioned here and would welcome a list of things I did not include.
