hi,
I have a question.
i have a log shipped database with tr log backups every 15 mins, differential backups every 6 hours, and nightly full backups.
yesterday night from 10 pm tr log backup job failed for lack of space. but my diff backup and Full backup were successful.
i emptied space today at 9:00 am and tr log backup job started again.
now my question is, how should i get the secondary database up to date in sync with primary?
Do i have to restore the missing logs from 10 pm yesterday to 9 am today? but how?
i have a full backup at 4 :00 and a diff backup at 6:00 am.
please help

Since you're taking nightly fulls you won't be able to use a diff to synch the databases.
Restore all the logs or just restore the last full and any logs
