Lol wow. I'm not sure what to tell you. Have you searched Connect for anything similar? Are you able to install it on another system? Perhaps the bits you pulled down are bad. Try redownloading ISO and try again?

Already tried different media for RTM...no difference.
I'm also surprised that RC0 works, but RTM fails on same setup......
Not sure if it's worth sending to MS ?
