shared datasets and cache refresh option

  hi guys!

  Problem:  1) Every time I overwrite an existing shared dataset (with a manual upload or using DevOps pipeline) any existing cache gets deleted and doesn't get recreated until the next scheduled refresh or until the first user will request the report. 2) When I upload or deploy new datasets I have to manually  configure the cache refresh options

  1. I'm guessing it's just make sense to drop the cache if I overwrite a dataset even where there are no changes to the dataset itself, but is it possible to re-trigger a new cache without waiting for the next scheduled job to run?
  2. Can I bypass report manager and run a query to schedule cache refresh options and cache expiration?
