We have a pair of Servers in an availability group, I noticed yesterday that the collation on the msdb databases is not the same.
Say I have server one and server two, each with an msdb database on it. Server B is correct, but the collation on Server A is not. Do You know if is it possible to restore the msdb database on A from a backup of the msdb on server B?

What the rational behind wanting the collations in sync?
The system databases are out of scope for the availability group so have no issues being different collations on different servers within the AG setup.
You also need to factor in the collation of the other system db's so that they all match otherwise you could run into other troubles.
But restoring msdb from A to B is the same as any other restore
