Restore database error number 3132

    I got a backup from our customer to find some problems. However when i tried to restore the backup the follwing err or appeard 9error number 3132)

    The media set for database 'stores' has 2 family members but only 1 are provided. All members must be provided.

    What is the reason for this? What should I do?

    The error means the backup was done using more than one device or backup file and you

    are trying to restore using just one. You need to provide all the backup devices,

    files in your restore command.

    u must have full Backup sets or Devices or files to restore a database . it not possible to bakeup to more than one device or media and restore from some of them .

    if u backup to Device1 and device2 then

    u must have both of them to restore .
