That's a good point. We've tried to clean these quickly and installed filters, but perhaps we should have an indicator that notes someone has reported the post.
I don't know how hard this would be. Certainly it's likely to require some schema modification to track this information as well as UI changes to accomodate this. I'll pass this along.
