One of our primary node in the AlwaysOn crashed but the secondary did not take over responsibility. I would like to understand if the AlwaysOn is configured with manual failover and synchronized and in the event that the primary crashes will there be a failover event to the secondary so that the secondary can assume role of primary or does an administrator needs to be involved to do the failover. Kindly, provide me the details.
