Problem with attaching database

  • Hello!

    I have problem attaching database, it works good but when I try SQL Server 2008 - I just upgrade from SQL Server 2005 to 2008 also it works, but when I format my PC and again installing SQL Server 2005 not working more just Northwind database it hasn't any problem I can attach it without any problem!

    and there is my msg info during attaching database and fails!

  • I think you tried to attach a SQL Server 2008 DB in SQL Server 2005.You cant attach 2008 DB in 2005

    from the msg info it seems like you write I know but any suggestion how to bring it up in SQL Server 2005 couz it created in SQL Server 2005 and just attached in SQL Server 2008! The same situation is with northwind database but I don't have any problem with, I just attached it!
