The prerequisites for SSRS 2014 list Powershell 2.0.
I'm new to this and not all that familiar with Powershell.
Can all the new versions be used as well? Or does 2.0 have to be on the machine?

Good question. I would think so but the requirements page seems to indicate 2.0 specifically. Can you test it out and see if it works?
