OS: Windows NT
SQL Version: 7.00.1094
Servers: Web server and SQL server separate
Network Utilities: TCP/IP, Named Pipes enabled
Permissions: Windows Only, Web application mapped to specific Domain user account with appropriate permissions to database.
Just installed patch and now web applications on separate server can not login. They receive the following error:
"Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80004005'
[DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (Connect()).]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.
/tasker/connection.inc, line 10"
