We migrated jobs from sql 2012 to sql 2019 , one of the job is failing with the error

Unable to start execution of step (reason: Error authenticating proxy '', system error: The user name or password is incorrect.). The step failed.
Migrtaed the credentails and proxy from the old server to new server , even i restarted the sql agent services .
Any suggestions to solve the issue .
