    Is that telling me, sql server is low memory? Becasue I have upgraded to 16GB on my server and I already set to Dynamic Max Memory to 14GB and Min to 0. I already reserved 2GB for Operating System.

    I got SQL 2000 SP4 installed with Win 2003 server.

    I checked the Boot.ini, that is what is said -

    [boot loader]

    timeout=30

    default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS

    [operating systems]

    multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS="Windows Server 2003, Enterprise" /fastdetect /PAE /NoExecute=OptIn

    Any one can help me?

    Thanks.

    Leo

  • Is awe enabled on the sql server? Also see the performance counts on the sql server memeory manager for total server memory and target server memory.

  • After applying SQL Server 2000 SP4, did you apply the AWE HotFix ?
