Insert/edit code sample box on smaller screens

Had a problem earlier today on my laptop where at 100% zoom I couldn't see the "OK" button in the Insert/Edit code sample screen:
Scrolling up and down doesn't effect the overlay window, but affects the page below it. Zooming out to 90% (using the mouse wheel and scrolling downwards) solved the problem but some users may not inherently know you can do that. See below:I realise this is partly because my laptop's screen isn't the standard size most have now; but I bet there are plenty others out there with similar size aspect ratios. Should the code window scale to the User's Screen aspect ratio?
