Hi, i would like to know if there is a way to find a log for a security event when a user is addedd or removed from sysadmin role?

You can find it in the default trace files if you have it enabled. In event class Audit Add Login to Server Role Event. How far back it goes depends on your system though. It rolls over after 20 MB and retains 5 files. If you needed more than that, you'd need to create your own. Or archive the trace files before they get deleted when rolled over to the next file.
