The log tells you what to do next:
Next step for SQLEngine: Use the following information to resolve the error, uninstall the feature, and then run the installation process again.
Next step for Replication: Use the following information to resolve the error, uninstall the feature, and then run the installation process again.
Next step for Browser: Use the information below to resolve the error, then try the installation process again.
So that would be my first step - uninstall SQL Engine, Replication, and Browser and try the installation process agin. Failing that, maybe you could remove ALL SQL related stuff from that machine and start fresh. Or, if you have uninstalled any redistributable packages on your system, you will likely need to reinstall them. Or if you uninstalled .NET, that'll need to go back on there.
But my first step would be to follow the error in the log - uninstall the feature and reinstall it.
The above is all just my opinion on what you should do.
As with all advice you find on a random internet forum - you shouldn't blindly follow it. Always test on a test server to see if there is negative side effects before making changes to live!
I recommend you NEVER run "random code" you found online on any system you care about UNLESS you understand and can verify the code OR you don't care if the code trashes your system.

Removed all sql from machine and reinstalled with some little changes 4/5 times.... Installed last version of .net framework... no changes... tried to install SQL 2012 with the same result

My next thought is that you removed something that is normally installed on a system (such as a C# redistributable package).
Might not hurt to do a repair install of the OS to make sure everything that should be there is.
You are running Windows Server 2012, which I am not positive what repair options are available. But if DISM and SFC exist on Windows Server 2012, may not hurt to run those with proper parameters (sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restore health).
The above is all just my opinion on what you should do.
