my server SQL Server 2000 sp4. version 2040 and movig data to Oracle 10G using 10.0.2 client from Oracle.
Does any body have an answer to this error. Tried on net but could not find any definite solution. This package is moving around 800 K records and it's a direct upload. Never seen this error before.

Can you check that record and see if you have a carriage return and or linefeed within the data (presuming that you are using either or both as your row delimiter)
