I know it is best practice to use 64-KB allocation unit size for data, logs, and tempdb, what is the recommended allocation unit size for backup drive ?

There is no recommended size for a backup drive.
In basic tests, performing backups on databases ranging in size from a few GB to hundreds of GB's in size, there was not really a difference in time, CPU, an d memory usage.
Leave it as the defaults, I'm pretty sure you will not see issues.

And for filestream, I've always read to leave filestream the same a data and log file drives. Here is one of the references:
