Database in single user mode

    HI. I just noticed that one of my databases is in 'single user' mode. I didn't make this happen and in the current activity window, there is no connection to the database. How could have been set and can I change it back. I know for a fact nobody is using this db.

    HI. Well I figured it out, the transaction log had filled up and therefore the single user mode. My tlog backups didn't occur last night and I didn't realize that would cause this kind of problem.

    Hi, Its really very simple.Go to EnterPrise Mangaer,choose the database and right click on it and go to its properties.Click on Option tab and you can make chages over there.

    Or ALTER DATABASE dbname SET MULTI_USER
