Hello,
I am trying to create a report in Report Builder whereby I can display in the data in the following way below. I have also added a word doc to illusrate what is currently happening.
So far i have created a table as below. The YearMonth is a column group.
The data is displaying in the format below however it only displaying one area which is sheffield and the related data. I would like the report to display all the areas in the subsequent rows and columns.
My table:
YearMonth
ClientNo Sum([ClientNo)]
Area NoOfPlacement Sum([PlacementNo])
BedNights Sum([BedNights])
Report:
Area Apr May June
Sheffield No Clients 3 4 6
No of Placements 6 3 8
Bed Nights 9 4 1
York No Clients 3 4 4
No of Placements 6 3 8
Bed Nights 9 2 4
Leeds No Clients 3 4 6
No of Placements 6 6 5
Bed Nights 9 7 3

I have developed some expressions within the report instead as below
I would like to see on the report on each change of YearMonth ie 2018-01
my values in my expressions. I have attached a doc to illustrate.
