  Hi All,

  We are planning to apply Cumulative Update Package 8 on our SQL Servers 2005. The Knowledge Base article for this update doesn't say how to test or what to test to make sure everything's fine after applying this update. Anybody has any ideas on how we can accomplish this ?

  Hi,

  Whenever we apply a patch to the OS or SQL we do full testing of all applications. This can be painful if it's not automated.
