content of "text" field in syscomments

  hi everyone,

   

  According to BOL, the "text" field in syscomments should contain the text of a stored procedure or a view, and the text is greater than nvarchar(4000) (not so difficult), there supposed to be a second, third .. etc. rows which put together would give the full text of the stored procedure. In my DB, I am not finding all the text. Am I going crazy, or has someone seen a similar problem?

  If you are using Query Analyzer, try setting Tools/Options/Results/Maximum Characters per Column to 4000.
