My usual way of doing this on-prem is to call Devenv.com, with appropriate parameters, but that option does not seem to be available in Azure DevOps.
How are other people doing this?
I've seen that there is an SSIS Build Marketplace add-in, but it's not licensed for commercial use & therefore doesn't help me here.
I've seen references to PoSh scripts which call Devenv ... is this the way to go? If so, how do you ensure that you have the correct path to Devenv.com?
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
